Mon Petit Cupcake, LLC was created by Jennifer Rogers, proprietor/baker in 2008. A fully licensed bakery by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, Mon Petit Cupcake creates artfully presented gourmet cupcakes from primarily organic and locally sourced ingredients and the company is based on the premise of sustainable practices. Cupcakes are sold individually or in boxes of a 1/2 dozen or more. As a registered dietitian with a master's degree in Nutrition, Jennifer sees the importance of incorporating all foods into an overall healthy diet and has developed a line of "Petit Bites" mini cupcakes, which although are decadently rich, are fewer in calories and fat than most comparable rich desserts.
