Whitewater Gardens is a small diversified farm in the Whitewater Wildlife Management area of SE Minnesota. We strive to produce great tasting and highly nutritious vegetables in an environmentally sustainable way using organic and biological practices. We also occasionally raise pastured poultry, eggs and pork, and have a small herd of totally grassed fed beef. You can find us at both the Winona Farmers Market and the Rochester Downtown Farmers Market every Saturday morning during the market season. You are also welcome to come visit us on the farm just above the beautiful Whitewater Valley and see for yourself how our products are grown.
