Trish Johnson has been working with the sustainable food movement for almost a decade.  She has worked on a Wisconsin CSA farm, coordinated local food events, launched and managed a statewide local food network and foraged local ingredients for several large conferences.  Trish is a board member of Bluff Country Co-op in Winona, a Local Food Subcommittee member for Winona County’s Economic Development Authority and a contributor to the Winona Post’s The Seasonal Kitchen food column.  Prior to this Trish spent most of the 90’s living, working and volunteering overseas.  Currently, she lives with her husband and 2 children south of Fountain City, WI.  They raise goats, chickens and grow lots of vegetables.
