Applications for the 2025-2026 Indoor Winter Market Season are now being accepted.
All applications received by Monday, December 8th will be reviewed and
a decision on approval will be made at the next regularly scheduled WFM Board Meeting on Wednesday, December 10th, 2025.
*Indoor markets will begin Saturday, November 8, 2025 and will continue every other weekend through the end of April 2026.
2025-26 Indoor Winter Market Stall Fees
Full Season Indoor Vendor – Fee of $175 per stall (covers all indoor Saturdays) if paid before or at the Fall Vendor Meeting (October 18, 2025)
Full Season Indoor Vendor – Fee of $200 per stall (covers all indoor Saturdays) if paid after the Fall Vendor Meeting (October 18, 2025)
Drop-In Indoor Vendor – Fee of $30 per stall (covers 1 Saturday)
*Stall fees are non-refundable. Fee must be paid before vendor can set up at market.
